If you don't have a spiralizer, a number of markets, like Whole Foods for instance, sell spiralized vegetables. An easy dish to prepare. Sauté the zucchini briefly in a little olive oil with a crushed garlic clove, then add to warmed marinara sauce. Just don't overcook the squash.
